We use TikTok's API to automate the publishing of content. This means that by following or interacting with our TikTok account, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Mr. Fabulous Gaming uses the TikTok API to publish gaming content, including video uploads and metadata management. Access tokens and data obtained through the TikTok API are used solely for the purpose of managing and publishing content from the Mr. Fabulous Gaming account. We do not use TikTok API access to collect or process data about other TikTok users beyond what is necessary to operate our account.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
